Halloween is such a fun time for both kids and adults. Everyone loves dressing up in costumes and pretending to be someone else for the evening especially if that dressing up means getting together with friends and having a party complete with fun games, costumes, food and great decorations. For those whose birthday falls near or on October 31, having a Halloween themed party is even more fun. Not only do you get to have all your friends show up in costumes but you also get presents to boot. Unfortunately, as much fun as Halloween parties are most people hesitate to throw one because of the rising cost of food, costumes and decorations.
Fake spider webs, gauzy lace, or other hanging decorations should not be placed where people can walk into them or become tangled in them. Halloween costumes are not like regular clothes, and many may have strange projections and be larger than the person wearing them, so be aware of the fact that many of these decorative webs may be caught on clothing, masks, or even the animatronic Halloween decorations. These are not, by any means, the only Halloween props that can be a hazard for people wearing costumes. Halloween decorations such as lit candles are also highly dangerous. This Halloween, consider using battery operated lights or LEDs rather than the traditional candles in your pumpkins.
