2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 clove garlic, minced
4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
1 lemon, juiced
Heat up grill.
Mix the olive oil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and garlic in a shallow dish. Put the salmon in the dish and turn to coat. Squeeze lemon juice over each fillet.
Cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Grilled Marinated Sirloin Flat Steaks
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
4 garlic cloves, chopped
2 pounds sirloin flap steaks
Blend soy sauce, vinegar, syrup, garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper in a blender until smooth. Toss the steaks with mixture. Marinate steaks at room temperature about 15 minutes.
Preheat grill and prepare for direct heat cooking over hot charcoal or high heat for gas grill.
Take steaks out of marinade and pat the steaks dry. Throw away any remaining marinade.
Oil the grill rack and start to grill steaks. If using a gas grill, cover.
Turn occasionally. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes for medium rare and longer for well done steaks. Let the steak rest on a plate uncovered for 10 minutes.
2 lbs pork loin
½ cup light soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
¼ cup honey garlic sauce
Slice pork loin into thin pieces.
Combine the soy sauce, oil, garlic salt, pepper, and honey garlic sauce.
Add pork and marinate it for 4 to 6 hours. Soak skewers in water for the same amount of time you marinate the meat.
Discard the marinade. Put three to four pieces of meat on the skewer.
Cook until done.
Add barbeque sauce and flip once or twice to cook the sauce.
Add in some side dishes, such as potato salad, pasta salad, baked beans, and fresh fruit salad for a complete meal. For drinks, serve lemonade, chilled sodas, and iced tea. Your guests will enjoy these Memorial Day party foods and recipes.
